- I really dislike breakfast. I would rather eat lunch at 9:30 (and again at 'normal' lunchtime) than eat breakfast. I'm not really sure what it's all about, but as far back as I can remember, breakfast has never been something I crave or get excited about. Anybody have any recommendations for breakfast? I'm needing something that doesn't require fancy ingredients. Perhaps something I can bring to work to eat as I'm busy enough as it is getting up at 5am, getting myself and two kids ready to go by 6:30. I appreciate any ideas.
- Why do people name their kids such odd names? I know, I know, to each their own, but c'mon. I was reading every Hollywood gossip magazine I could get my hands on while I was getting my hair-did last night. One of them had stars with their babies. Some much cuter than others, but that's not my point. Coco, Apple, Indiana, Kal-El, I could go on and on. There are even non-celebrities that pick the wackiest names EVER! Seriously people, don't you remember back in grade school when kids would pick on each other for any reason? Let's not give them ammunition.
- How much do you tip your hairdresser? I like to give anywhere between 10-20% depending on how good of a job they did and if they massaged my head when they shampoo my hair. I love getting my hair washed at the salon. Last night I think I was within seconds of falling asleep. The only thing that kept me awake was the minty smell of the conditioner. Man that was great.
- I'm planning on painting my bedroom this weekend. I haven't decided on a color yet, but hopefully by staring at the 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch squares of color, one will jump out at me.
I think that's about it. Have a great weekend and I'll be sure to report which color screamed my name the loudest.

I agree on everything--and have no hints for breakfast except for the Fiber One bar I manage to scarf down when I'm thinking about warming up my lunch at 10. It does the trick for me.
And I have to admit--one of the final 5 names for Q was on your list. Indiana. Yep, I love it. Honestly. Of course I'm glad we didn't go that route, it is a little much, but I thought Indy was so cute. I'll admit it, no problem. :o)
Coco, Apple, beelzebub, all crazy stuff. Agreed! But I guess in some weird way I might be amongst that group?
Like I said, to each their own.... ;)
I had to smile when I read your first one; I love-love-love breakfast and JUST said to Tim this morning...."Let's go out to breakfast one of these days, I'm really hungry for a good, hearty, restaurant breakfast".
But the funny thing is, when I'm just at home on a daily basis, I rarely eat anything for breakfast besides some fruit and an occasional instant oatmeal.
BUT-I did buy the "Bagelfuls" for Gage the other day...I thought they'd be easy to throw in the toaster and have him eat in the car on quick mornings. I took one bite, and although they are totally not good for you, they are sooooo good. Tasted like an Auntie Anne's pretzel with cream cheese on top.
